Photowalk – Victoria Beach

Learn how to compose and capture a classic Southern California sunset at the iconic Victorian La Tour Tower also known as The Pirate Tower!

Victoria Beach, Laguna Beach California

Sunday, June 27th

Learn how to compose and capture our iconic Southern California sunset at the beach! Victoria Beach is a long white sandy beach south of Victoria Drive in Laguna Beach. The majority of this southwest-facing beach lies in front of the private gated Lagunita housing development with many of the glorious mansions built right up to beach level. If you hike out onto the rocks and around the point near the stairway access you will be able to see the Victorian La Tour Tower (this residential stair tower is commonly referred to as a lighthouse structure) that was built back in the 1920’s.

Join us for this unique photo walk. Capture the tower as a backdrop surf rushes through the rocks.

Learn to create different effects with ND filters, capture a picture-perfect sunset and dip into some fun light painting projects after dark!
