Payment Terms - Landscape Photography Tours

ENROLLMENT & REGISTRATION

The group size for all our Landscape Photography Tours is limited to ensure a high level of personal interaction, planning, and guidance with your photographic leader.

  • Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Your space on the tour is not confirmed until your deposit has been received.
  • Please do not make air travel arrangements for a tour until checking with us first.
  • If you are on a waiting list, you will not be charged a deposit fee or tuition until space becomes available for you and you confirm your desire to register.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

We understand that attending our International Photography Tours requires substantial upfront costs, third party cost and advance commitment, and that things can happen in life that may require you to cancel from a tour.

Cancellations, for any reason, must be in writing via email to ShutterBugSharon@aol.com or David@centerfordigitalarts.com.

Based on the cancellation date, the following policies apply:

  • A non-refundable deposit of $1000.00 required to secure a spot. Your spot on the tour is not confirmed until your deposit has been received.
  • Half of the remaining balance is due 180 days (six months) before the start of the tour.
  • The remaining balance is due 90 days before the start of the tour.
  • If you cancel 120 days or more from the tour start date, you will receive a full refund, minus a $250 administrative fee and $1000.00 deposit.
  • If you cancel 90 days from the tour start date, 50% of your payment will be refunded, minus a $250 administrative fee, $1000.00 deposit and any non-refundable costs that may have incurred from our third party to reserve your space.
  • If you cancel, if we can fill your space on the tour, we will provide a 100% refund of any payments made minus a $250 administrative fee.
  • A credit may be applied to future Photography Tours and is valid for two years from date of issue.
  • If Sharon Lobel Photography or California Center for Digital Arts need to cancel a tour for any unforeseen reason, you will receive a full refund of all payments.

Our photography tours take place on International, Federal and State lands which require substantial planning, insurance, investment, deposits, and permits. If you wish to protect your investment on the tour and travel costs, you may wish to investigate travel & medical insurance with a carrier such as Travelex, Global Medical Insurance, or Global Rescue.
